Questions we get about our Delivery service:
What if the items don't fit through my door?
If we are unable to successfully deliver your items due to the size of your doorway, we will return the items to our Headquarters and offer a full refund with no hidden costs or charges.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is £79 to mainland England and Wales, and free on orders over £1,500. We don't currently deliver to Scotland, Northern Ireland or the islands.
When will my order be delivered?
For in-stock items, we usually deliver within 1 to 10 days. Each area of England and Wales has its own delivery day, which you’ll see at checkout or by entering your postcode on our Delivery page. Most areas have a delivery day every week and some every second week. If the van for your day is already full, your delivery moves to the same day the following week, and we’ll confirm your date with you before we come.
Do you assemble my furniture?
If you have ordered a sofa, our delivery team will assemble your sofa in any room of choice. This is included as part of our delivery service at no extra cost. There is no assembly included on flatpack furniture and other items.
