Your sofa is delivered within 1 to 7 days to mainland England and Wales once it's in stock, brought straight from our base in Lincolnshire by our own two-person team. They'll carry it in and set it up in whichever room you choose, all included at no extra cost, so there's nothing for you to build. Delivery is £49 to England and Wales and £99 to parts of Scotland, and because we deliver to different regions on different days, we'll confirm your day with you. If your sofa won't fit through the door, we'll take it straight back and refund you in full, with no hidden charges.
Returns
If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the day your sofa arrives to let us know, in line with your rights under UK consumer law. As long as it comes back to us unused and in its original condition and packaging, we'll arrange your return from there. You can also change your order up to 2 working days before delivery, so if something needs adjusting, just get in touch and we'll sort it out with you.
