Your sofa is usually delivered within 1 to 10 days once it's in stock, on your area’s set delivery day, brought straight from our base in Lincolnshire by our own two-person team. They'll carry it in and set it up in whichever room you choose, so there's nothing for you to build. Delivery is £79, and free on orders over £1,500. We deliver to mainland England and Wales. We don't currently deliver to Scotland, Northern Ireland or the islands. We'll confirm your delivery day with you in advance. If your sofa won't fit through the door, we'll take it straight back and refund you in full, with no hidden charges.
Returns
If you change your mind, you have 30 days from the day your sofa arrives to let us know. That’s more than double the 14 days the law requires. Just keep it in the condition it arrived in (you’re welcome to sit on it and try it out), and we’ll arrange to collect it.

For in-stock sofas we usually deliver within 1 to 10 days across mainland England and Wales, straight from our base in Lincolnshire. Each area has its own delivery day, which you’ll see at checkout or by entering your postcode on our Delivery page. If the van for your day is already full, your delivery moves to the same day the following week.
Will you bring it in and set it up?

What if it doesn't fit through my door?
If we can't get your sofa in because of the size of your doorway, we'll take it back and give you a full refund with no hidden charges.
